The Story

We got tired of watching good businesses drown in admin.

Stack AI was born out of a frustration that's familiar to anyone who's run or worked in a Singapore SME. You have a great product, a committed team, and real customers — but half your day goes to tasks that have nothing to do with why you started the business.

We started by helping businesses in our own network. A clinic that was drowning in appointment calls. A tuition centre chasing fees by WhatsApp. A retailer whose inventory management lived in a spreadsheet that was always out of date. In every case, the solution wasn't complicated — it just hadn't been built.

The problem was never that automation didn't exist. The problem was that enterprise tools were too complex for SMEs to implement, and generic no-code tools were too shallow to solve real operational problems. There was nothing in between — built properly, by people who understood the business context.

400% tax deduction on qualifying AI expenditure up to $50K per year. Available to all Singapore businesses paying corporate tax, on top of any grants.
